Ciao Bella Chocolat

Mamma Karen first began her roasting career with coffee. She had been a coffee roaster over 20 years, when someone asked if she had ever roasted cacao. Her curiosity was peaked. She tried her first batch, and as she likes to say, “went down the rabbit hole”!

Chocolate became the passion. Creating new tastes became the expression. As Mamma likes to say, “We have a new experience in every bite”. Since becoming a Chocolatier, and crafting small batch bean to bar chocolate’s, she is introducing her community to chocolate at its best. The best chocolate is now in Battle Creek, MI.
