WACO Kitchen
WACO Kitchen is located on the second story within the WACO Aircraft Corporation Factory. With a total occupancy of only 98, WACO Kitchen offers an intimate and unique dining experience no matter how you arrive. Large observation windows provide a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the manufacturing of WACO’s handcrafted biplanes, and an open balcony allows guests to see and hear airplanes taking off and landing on runway 5L/23R.
A rotating menu and weekly specials curated by internationally trained chefs ensure that each dish is comprised of only the freshest ingredients.
